You don't need Apple Bottom jeans, boots with the fur, or Reeboks with a strap to fold in a squat, turtle, and/or plough. Learn how to use a backbend to unfold the torso off of a stable lower body. The more we play polarity of a backbend within a forward bend, the more we play the balanced middle.
