This intensive will give an overview of the SpeakEasy theory applied to root to rise poses. Students will learn to embody the action of traveling in two directions at once in order to transition through salutations as we salute the sun and the moon during this bonus season! The energy and organs get to move in the Late Summer practice in order to delve into the magic within, as we stabilize, energize, and balance the spleen/pancreas.
Supported poses will be explored so that practitioners can access the neurology of proper alignment while feeling simultaneously safe and free. Students will begin to learn adjustments as they train their eyes on other bodies within these shapes. Power and therapeutic poses will be played with as participants travel the internal energy of the body to root while reaping the external benefits of the rise forward and up.
A mini foot read of all students in attendance will follow.
Training Dates and Times:
Friday, 9/13: 5:30pm to 9:30pm
Saturday, 9/14: 10:00am to 6:00pm
Sunday, 9/15: 10:00am to 6:00pm
