Spring into your Potential: Foundational poses to move you forward / SpeakEasy 20 Hour Intensive

This intensive will give an overview of the SpeakEasy theory as it applies to backbending. Students will learn to embody the action of traveling in two directions at once in order to propel the body, mind, and spirit forward into time and space while tapping into peace, tranquility, and freedom. Our journey will begin at the feet and travel to the pelvis as we delve into the depths of backbends, forward bends, and twists.

Fundamental poses will be studied so that practitioners can access the neurology of proper alignment in the most basic forms. Students will begin to learn adjustments as they train their eyes on other bodies within these shapes. Poses of power will be played with as participants travel the body inwards for calm and outwards for circumference. 

A mini foot read of all students in attendance will follow.

Training Dates and Times:

Friday, 3/22: 5:30pm to 9:30pm

Saturday, 3/23: 10:00am to 6:00pm

Sunday, 3/24: 10:00am to 6:00pm
